Maybe you are looking for a cabin in order to simply get away from it all. The Cossatot River Wilderness Lodge provides seclusion and inspiring views from the large porch overlooking the Cossatot River.
But if it is adventure you are looking for, then you have found the perfect location.
 Floating
From our facility you will have easy access to Canoe and Kayak adventures on the Cossatot. You can choose to put-in up stream for a nice float back to your cabin. Or start at the Cossatot River Wilderness Lodge for a longer float down to the famous Cossatot Falls or further.
 Mountain Biking
Hop on your mountain bikes, and take and be sure to take a lunch for there are dozens of miles of back roads to explore. Ride right out of the facility to enjoy routes that range from easy to moderate in challenge. All the while, you will be treated to the great scenic area of the Cossatot Wildlife Management Area.
Hiking and Equestrian
The Caney Creek Wilderness Trail is conveniently located near the Cossatot River Wilderness Lodge, providing one of the most scenic stretches of trail in the Ouachita Mountains.
 Rock Climbing
Rock Climbers can enjoy the rocks located right on the Cossatot River Wilderness Lodge grounds, or explore the many rock climbing areas that are popular in the Ouachita Mountains.
 ATV and 4X4
Drive right out of the Cossatot River Wilderness to enjoy the dozens of miles of back roads available in and outside the Cossatot Wildlife Management Area. Also close to the Wolf Pen Gap ATV Trails.
 For the Sportsman
You can fish from the banks of the Cossatot, or take a canoe downstream to find some extraordinary pools to find the “Big One”. Great hunting in the Cossatot Wildlife Management Area or in the nearby Ouachita National Forest. Seasons for Deer, Turkey, Squirrel, Bear and more!
